Wonder Woman wears flats
This past Father's Day weekend, we did everything Daddy wanted to do. Big home cooked breakfast at home, burger lunch out, a movie, and quiet dinner at home.
The movie choice was Wonder Woman, and it was the first time our nine-year old daughter saw an action/adventure type film. She still enjoys Disney productions, and we're actually rewatching the new Beauty and the Beast as I write this piece.
The new Wonder Woman was excellent, a nice departure from the usual comic book super hero movies, and absolutely many positive messages and themes for a pre-teen girl. Gal Gadot, the Israeli actress who portrays Wonder Woman, is a major ass kicker and I'm thrilled to see a female lead carry this movie wonderfully.
Now to the reason for this post, it is simply to share a link to a fabulous pair of shoes. Gal Gadot wore the Starda sandal, ($55 CAD) by Aldo to the Los Angeles premiere of Wonder Woman. The studded thong sandals feature gold-tone hardware. As reported in Glamour magazine, Mdm Gado wore the sandals with a Givenchy gown and $47,000 worth of Tiffany jewelry, elevating the simple summer sandal to the red carpet without any fault. A size 7 are already in my shopping cart, and I can't wait to wear them this summer.
