Foodies in the Park pop up

“The best way to explain it, is to do it,” Lewis Carroll, Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland.

And the best way to explain Foodies in the Park, is to do it. We were treated to a truly magical experience, Foodies in the Park. Our seating was for 5pm, perfect to enjoy the light. All the domes are individually heated and air conditioned.

Transparent domes holding four to six people experience a four course lavish dinner or weekend afternoon tea. Every detail was well thought out, the food was delicous, and service was perfect. I absolutely recommend making a booking, whether it’s for a family day tea time, dinner dates, or a girls night out.

Foodies in the Park is a month-long pop-up from October 1- November 1. This is a very limited time event, and we were told that this weekend is already fully booked for all three dinner settings (5pm, 7pm, 9pm). The dinner price is $110 per person and a booking for the weekend afternoon tea is $75 per person (12pm). All drinks are additional. A minimum of four meals must be booked, with a maximum of six people inside each dome. Children are welcome, but please visit the event FAQ for further details.

Inspired by Lewis Carroll’s novel – Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, you will escape reality and step into Wonderland garden domes surrounded by nature and admire the blue sky or evening stars above. Every detail is imagined with whimsical decorations and extravagant plates by Bow Valley Restaurant situated in beautiful Fish Creek Park. Originally the pop-up was scheduled for April-May, but with COVID, they relaunched for the Fall. The private dining experience is quite perfect for social distancing and as it’s outdoors, no masks are required.
