Wine dinner at Cardinale

I love a good wine dinner, the kind where food and wine matches are thoughtfully planned. Last night's media event at Cardinale was no exception. Coriole Wine from McLaren Vale, South Australia paired with house-made arancini, spaghetti, and pork stuffed with hazelnuts.

Big Taste at Provision

Today we indulged in a Big Taste meal at Provision. We had a three course lunch ($28) which started with Caeser Salad, then Ricotta gnocchi with roasted mushroom, kale and truffled parmesan, finished with carrot cake with sweet butter, cream cheese, and candied nuts.
