Free House in Kensington hits all the right notes

It was the perfect place to warm up last night, launching Kensington’s Free House. It’s a beer hall, bright and spacious with lots of hanging plants and big communal tables. It also happens to have some serious good eats; chef-driven items like roasted bone marrow with horseradish chimmi churro, crispy, cheesy flatbreads, marinated beets with goat cheese, and duck confit sandwiches. We were super impressed with the beer selection, celebrating the local small batch brew too.

Save the date for the Free House community party on Wednesday, January 22 (5p.m. - 8p.m.), where you’ll get complimentary bites and beer samples. Reserve via jamie@parkerpr.ca, as it’s sure to sell out.

We look forward to all the daily specials and happy hour treats too, including $4 beers and $1.50 East Coast oysters on Tuesdays and all day Happy Hour on Sundays.

Thank you for hosting me Free House and Parker PR!
